Levelz Energy® Partner Asset Usage Terms

By downloading assets from this portal, you ("the Partner") agree to the following:

1. Licence Grant. Levelz Energy Ltd grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the provided brand assets solely for the purpose of promoting Levelz Energy products in connection with your approved partnership.

2. Approved Use. Assets may be used in social media posts, website features, stream overlays, event materials and editorial coverage that positively represent the Levelz Energy brand.

3. Restrictions. You must not: (a) modify, distort, recolour or alter any asset; (b) use assets in a manner that is misleading, defamatory or damaging to the brand; (c) use assets to imply endorsement of products or services not associated with Levelz Energy; (d) sublicence or redistribute assets to third parties; (e) use assets on merchandise for resale without written consent.

4. Trademark. LEVELZ ENERGY® is a registered trademark (UK00004156849) of Levelz Energy Ltd. All rights not expressly granted herein are reserved.

5. Quality Control. Levelz Energy reserves the right to request removal of any use that does not meet our brand standards.

6. Revocation. This licence may be revoked at any time at Levelz Energy's sole discretion. Upon revocation, all use of assets must cease immediately.

7. Governing Law. These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
