1. Licence Grant

Levelz Energy Ltd grants approved partners a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the brand assets provided through this portal solely for the purpose of promoting Levelz Energy products in connection with the approved partnership.

2. Permitted Use

Assets may be used for:

• Social media posts promoting Levelz Energy products
• Website features, blog posts, and editorial coverage
• Stream overlays, panels, and channel branding
• Event materials for co-branded or sponsored events
• Video content where Levelz is featured positively

3. Restrictions

Partners must not:

• Modify, distort, recolour or alter any provided asset
• Use assets in a manner that is misleading, defamatory, or damaging to the Levelz Energy brand
• Use assets to imply endorsement of products or services not associated with Levelz Energy
• Sublicence, redistribute, or share raw asset files with third parties
• Use assets on merchandise intended for resale without prior written consent
• Use assets in connection with any illegal, harmful or offensive content
• Register or attempt to register any domain, social handle or trademark confusingly similar to Levelz Energy

4. Trademark Protection

LEVELZ ENERGY® is a registered trademark (UK00004156849) of Levelz Energy Ltd. All rights not expressly granted herein are reserved. Use of the mark does not transfer any ownership rights. Partners must not challenge the validity of the trademark or assist others in doing so.

5. Quality Control

Levelz Energy Ltd reserves the right to review any use of its brand assets and request modifications or removal of any use that does not meet brand standards as outlined in these guidelines. Partners must comply with such requests within 5 working days.

6. Revocation

This licence may be revoked at any time at Levelz Energy's sole discretion, with or without cause. Upon revocation, all use of brand assets must cease immediately and any downloaded files must be destroyed. Continued use after revocation constitutes trademark infringement.

7. Limitation of Liability

Levelz Energy Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from the use of brand assets. Assets are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
